Primrose???

The clump grass is probably ok. I doubt they'll try to eat it, but they may wreck it by burrowing into the roots.

Evening Primrose is OK to feed. My redfoots eat it.

Common names are such a pain. 'Evening primrose' (Oenothera spp.) and 'Common primrose' (Primula vulgaris) look kind of similar, but are quite unrelated. They're not in the same family of plants - or even order!

So OP, which 'primrose' were you asking about?

So OP, which 'primrose' were you asking about?
Agreed, tidgy's post looked pessimistic towards primrose on TTT, so I looked, and primrose is a do not feed, however it looks nothing like the primrose I feed, mine is evening primrose. They love the flowers, and adults eat the foliage.
