There are several trees in my area that are on the DO NOT FEED list; (Hawthorn and Buckeye) who's flowers are coming down like snow and covering most of the areas of my property. Since they have I have had to restrict Titan from grazing in some of his favorite areas. I will mow with bagger soon as they have all fallen; and let the grasses and weeds recover before outdoor grazing can be resume. Am I being over protective?IMG_1579 (2).JPG IMG_3384 (2).JPG

Beautiful pictures. Too bad the darn things have to be bad. I agree with Tom, I think you are doing the right thing to mow and bag them. Most likely one or two here or there may not be a problem, but I would try to get as much up as possibly.

they make up 50% of the surrounding timber/forest I live in....so no chance of removing them. And even if I could the flowers would still be carried in by the wind from areas not on my property.

Oh, that`s really a problem.:(
