Posting privileges question

Not sure where to post my question but thought I'd start here.
I've attempted to share some tortoise and turtle articles/reads in that forum that I subscribe to and it's stating that I don't have privilege. Anyone know how that works?

I'm not sure why, but that subject seems to be restricted. Post your articles in "General" and a moderator will move them to "Articles" for you.
