Starting to get materials do redo some ponds and what not, and the huge pond liner I need for my koi pond in the woods is expensive. So I'm just going to buy multiple smaller ones and glue them together. Is HH-66 safe? I think it should be once cured.

I know that there is a specific type of pond liner cement (glue) that is designed to be used for ornamental fish. But I'd be concerned about anything that doesn't claim to be safe for aquatic life.
Let's ask @Markw84

Never used that. However, it is a welding/bonding agent not a glue - so actually melting a bit of the material on both surfaces to be joined to make a molecular bond. That type of bonding is safe once cured.
