PLEASE HELP

my second baby hermans has just hatched but it has not fully opened and is walking around the incubator with a wonky shell because she isn't fully open will she straiten out or is their something i can do to help her, or will she stay like that forever

Thats perfectly normal. Tortoises are folded inside the egg and not all of them unfold before hatching. Your hatchling will straighten out in a day or two.
