Chrysanthemum. My quick Google search revealed they are toxic to fish, possibly less toxic for cats, dogs, and horses, and a skin irritant to humans. I didn't find any specific information about reptiles, but I would not offer chrysanthemums to mine, or even included it in an enclosure planting.

Chrysanthemums contain pyrethrins...what "they" make insect repellent out of. I doubt a tortoise would eat it.
