HOw long do you have to keep the uv light and the basking light on?

We keep ours on about 10-12 hours, then when we switch those off, we turn on the night time heat light : )

Currently I have my Mercury Vapor Bulb set to run ~6 hrs/day (3hrs in the morning, 3 in the evening). I'll likely up this during winter months when we can't get any outdoor time.

The basking lamp you can run all day, just be sure you have it set to a height that will keep things from getting too hot.

They should have at least 14 hours of light of some kind per day.
