What are easy plants to grow inside during the winter months that I could feed?

Dig up and pot some favorite weeds from your yard. Barley and wheat grass are the very easiest and quickest to grow indoors. Snap dragons are pretty quick and easy. Hostas can be grown inside pretty easily. Many members grow Hibiscus plants indoors. You can also sprout and feed young squash seedlings fairly easily.
