I believe the second and third thumbnails depict a sensitive plant (Chamaecrista nictitans) from the legume family (Fabaceae). Not toxic. Your redfoot might eat it, as it is related to clover, but other species of tortoise might not. Not sure what the plant in the first thumbnail is, although I suspect it is also a legume.
