Looks like deadnettle to me. If it is, it is safe for consumption.

I'm pretty sure it's henbit: henbit - causes 'staggers' in foraging mammals (a condition that usually arises from consuming mycotoxins), is toxic to birds, but safe for humans. Looks similar to dead nettle.
