Very interesting-looking plant. I wouldn't mind having one of those. But I don't know what it is, sorry. I'll go see if I can find it on Google.

Nope, can't find it. Take a branch in to a plant nursery and ask if they know what it is.

I did check Google but didnt realy find a match. First time i see those. My vet told me, plants witch been eaten by snails are also edible for tortoises. But i don't see holes on the leaves :)

That's a gorgeous foliage! Could you post pics of it growing/blooming/going to seed? I've seen a weed similar to it back in Europe somewhere don't recall where exactly. That one looked like "curly horseradish"... I think I just made up that name... But no idea what that plant is

It might be "tansy ragwort" - Senecio jacobaea - toxic if so. Are you in the PNW?
