I don't know 1.
2 looks like mint. I don't think its toxic, but my tortoises show no interest in eating it.
3 is plantain. Great tortoise food!
4 looks like it might be cinquefoil, but I am not sure of that. If it is, my torts eat it.

I am only sure of number 3. I am NOT a plant expert, so be sure to verify all of this before acting on this info. I'm just trying to help with what I DO know.

1 is one of the "cress" plants in the Crucifer family; OK to feed in small quantities, mixed with other foods.
2 does look like one of the members of the mint family, maybe a "dead nettle". Safe, but usually ignored.
Sorry to disagree with Tom, but I do not think that is a "plantain" - Plantago sp. Usually they have a much longer petiole (leaf stem). If you could pull a larger leaf off, and photograph it, it might help in the ID. Usually, they will have long fibers that stick out when you break a leaf.
4 could be a Ranunculus (not good), or a strawberry (good). Again, a pic of the whole leaf, and the whole plant would be helpful.

In general, it is helpful to tell us where you live, and to take multiple shots of each plant showing different parts and aspects.

Well, see...that doesn't help. When we look at an individual leaf it sort of looks like plantain, but when we see how it grows (the whole plant), you can see it's NOT plantain. Does it flower?

The strong veining on the leaf in your pics do look like a plantain, but there are also Digitalis that have that look. Did you see any of those veins leave a fiber when you broke the leaf? Does it have a kind of "grassy" fragrance when broken? Do you see a lot of them?
All of these would point to Plantago.

They had a sweet grassy smell and it frozen so I don't know if it was fiber
