My first thought was narrow leaf plantain, but I'm not sure.

I was thinking narrow leaf plantain also.. but ive never seen it w such hairy leaves

I'm pretty sure that is plantain. The seed stalk would confirm.

Dig one up by the roots and take it to your local garden center to 100% confirm.

I looked for stocks, but they were all short like that plant so I'll probably grab one tomorrow and take it up to my nursery. It just threw me off because it was really close, but not quite right. There were some things missing lol

I’ve got some of that here in Nevada... found it last season and it was fury. Plantain, possibly buckhorn plantain?
