Hi all
Any ideas what this plant is. End of season sale. 3 for £1.
Got some dried out leaves on it, shall I pull them off?
Thank you.

Craig.

Yep, I agree, keep it humid, pull off the dead fronds. Did you get it at a store or nursery or something like that? If you are planning on feeding your torts with it, and I do not know if it's edible, but I do figure it was heavily fertilized, so I'd wait at least 3 to 4 months, watering it well before I let it around torts. you should look up it's edibleness on some food list...

Yes, got it from a store. I'll keep it to one side with all the other plants I've collected. Warm and humid is exactly what I wanted.

Thank you all.

I just read up on care for this plant. Too much light makes the leaves go yellow and grow smooth as oppose to crinkled.

I'm almost certain they are, but would like some confirmation off you guys.
Are these edible?
I've just been out collecting weeds in our local woodlands and found 2 of these plants about 2ft in size. If edible I'm going back with a spade;).
I looked it up and its used in some Asian countries for culinary purposes.
