Okay, I think I figured out it is a member of the clover family which would mean too much protein so I am guessing it is a NoNo.

yay!
now i have 3 plants to grow...hostas, day lillies and oxalis...
i am a Darwinian gardender...survival of the fittest...thus, I ripped out all 4 gardens when we moved into this 50 year old house a couple years ago...the neighbors took the plants and I laid down sod;)

Our 6 year old is begging for a garden this year...now I can tell him yes>
