Hi
I have had a Horsefield tortoise for around 10 years now and he has an indoor and outdoor enclosure, both with heat lamps.
Just want to know if it is ok for him to now live permanently outdoors ( UK)
I currently have him indoors from Oct to March and outdoors April to Sept
Would love to hear advice from others
Thanks neil

No, they can not live in the cold of your winters. He will brumate and this should be done in a controlled environment.
Unless you can keep the outdoor enclosure heated to 80 during the day and brightly lighted with a basking area of 95-100 but with no exposure to outside when temps are below 70 or he will still try to brumate.
