Oputunia Powder

One of my orders from Carolina Pet Supply arrived. I received a bunch of seeds, the Herbal Salad Mix as well as Oputunia Powder (Ground Nopal). How often should I use this powder on my torts' food? How often can I use the Herbal Salad Mix - every feeding? I have a Cherry Head who weighs 59.8 grams. Thanks for any input.

As with any food really, I would give it 2-3 times a week, keeping the diet varied and not the same thing every single day.
