I got something special delivered to my front porch today.

The Gearheads here will appreciate......116 Octane gasoline....leaded. Remember that smell Mags??



Oh yeah...
I mix this down to 98....for my Kaw triples.

Remember going to Sunoco gas stations with the dial on the side of the pumps that let you pick the octane? The lowest of which was higher than what we have now.

(And that the octanes now available at gas stations were considered only suitable for lawn mowers and removing paint?)
