I havent measured her since I got her but when I first got her she was 6 inches

Also when she was exploring she was digging at the dirt and rubbing her nose in it and trying to bite at the ground. Is that normal?

When you first showed your proposed outside area I thought it looked a little small. However, seeing Nova in it shows how big its going to be. Nice pictures and thanks for sharing. I'm so glad you've been able to get such a pretty tortoise to take care of.

You can buy it in ANY store or pharmacy.
