Normal Weight?

Just wondering.. is 35g a normal weight for a 7-month-old cherry head? I keep seeing with other species that people acquired at 2 or 3 months old and they are heavier than that. I weigh him every other day and he has stayed at 35 grams since I got him 3 weeks ago.

I know torts grow at different rates. Try not to go nuts with weighing him too often. Some people take weights/lengths bi-monthly or just once a month. Are you keeping a chart? Unless there is a big drop in weight, I wouldn't be overly worried. My reds are almost all 5 months old, are all different in terms of length and weight but have steady positive growth. The youngest (4 months) is the biggest one by far.

Yeah, I'm keeping a chart of his daily goings-on. He lost 2g last week but put it back on so I'm not too worried..
