No eating

My tortoise Kai sits in a corner and sleeps, and does not eat or drink water. I put his favorite, lettuce, and he just walks over it. It has been happening for 4 days now. He doesn't seem to be too much skinnier, and it's getting cold out, so I stopped putting him outside. Is it depression or hibernation?

Are you keeping him indoors or out? What are the temperatures like?

the temps are 85-90 in basking and 70-75 in colder. its indoors but in nice weather i let him out on the patio

I am not a pancake expert but I would up his ambient temps a bit to around 80 and maybe make the basking around 90-95
