I don't know much about redfoots. It looks like you have some pyramiding starting.
I am not sure on soaking and humidity requirements for redfoots.

Just out of curiosity. What is the enclosures humdity and what temperature is it inside?

The humidity is around 75 to 80 percent and the heat is 80 and a hot spot around 92. It gets down around 75 at night
