Start soaking them each day 30min or longer. Get their diet in check. I know you have two other tortoises and just making sure you read this information from @Tom

Well other than the quartine I think I'm following the guide and Tom's advice perfectly I also have a new mister system the reptil zoo 10L one I'm about to put on the enclosure I can tell a difference in them now than when it was just a pair tho used ti they'd go straight to opposite end of the enclosures now they are all grouped up chilling in thr corner so group dynamics are real I reckon

A mister should not be necessary or useful in a closed chamber. Your substrate looks too wet in the pictures. If you need a mister, that means you have too much ventilation. I've never seen a star get shell rot, but I'm sure it is possible. Orchid bark, or any substrate, should be lightly damp underneath, and mostly dry on top.

Yeah I got a shitty 3x18x18 glass terrarium and I mean I don't need a mister I just choose to not have to be here and mist them myself every hour everyone has said you cannot pull it off with a glass tank I'm about to get a big pvc maximum reptile one I found on face book for 500$ hut I will tell you I was able to keep thr best at a minimum of 80 and 84 to 90 all day with 2 150 watt ceramic bulbs and a 150 watt day light bulb even thought it's open top now it stays atleasy 80% when I was misting it myself but now its always 90 or above eith the system

BUT everyone says oh it can't be done well I have pulled it off after a year of trying ti figure it out but all my problems are about ti solved permanently with the new enclosure
