new babies?

Even though i have my favorite tortoise Ned a California desert tortoise i want to get more babies and i have found a person who might be willing to adopt some to me. I do not know how old they are and i will try to post pics when i get them.

Just bear in mind that when they reach sexual maturity (or sometimes sooner) you may have to separate them and give each their own habitat.

Most of the care advice for the Gopherus species is old, out-dated and wrong. Many DT babies die every year due to dehydration related complications. Just like any other species, they need a drink of water now and then.
