Nelson has turned 3!!!

My big boy turned 3 on Jan 10th! He's now 5 inches long!

Although he comes up to me and follows me back and forth when I come near his tank, he does NOT appreciate being picked up!

Yes, he IS a little character! He has dug himself a little scrape-nest in the front right corner of the tank and stays there much of the time. I think he likes to watch the goings on.

All good with me too thanks, Bea, Lola likes to peep around the door of his hide to keep an eye on me. I sometimes get the feeling I'm being watched and there he is!

Yes! One of the last Aquatic turtles he bred before switching to just tortoises.?
But I got him as a 2 month old hatchling- not an egg.
