Need advice (eating less, runny poop)

Hello

My tortiose is eating very less from few days as well as today he's pooped many times.
The poops green and fluid.
Need advice on if its normal or should i seek a vet.
Also what should i feed him so that he stays healthy.

What tortoise specie do you have?
What are temperatures inside the enclosure (day/night)? Low temperatures can result in indigestion.
What do you feed him now?

Enclosure size and is it an open top table or a closed chamber?
