Name the Gecko ?

I have a friend who found this gecko but I don't know what kind it is at all. She's not a herper herself so she is as clueless as I am. I can only email the pic to a responder here and maybe they can get back to me on what it is and what colour it's called ?

I can't get it to fully download on photobucket for an image link so this will have to be done old skool.
