My Russian tortoise will not eat dandelion flowers, although he does like the leaves, or Malow. Do I have the only Russian tortoise on the planet who does not like these foods? I have had him for a little over a year now and he is getting more adventurous in what he will eat, he finally has started liking cactus. So maybe there is hope for dandelion flowers yet, we'll see.

That is a bit unusual because they (tortoises) really seem to be attracted to yellow. He's probably just trying to show you his macho side - Flowers? Them's for sissies!
Well maybe, but he really loves roses.
Most tortoises don't take to new and unfamiliar foods right away. Colorful items like flowers might be an exception for some.
Try introducing very small amounts of the new items mixed in with the old favorites. You might have to chop it all up super fine and mix it together for a while.
