Hey, so this has happened for about a day my young tortoise keeps squeaking and opening it’s mouth I’m abit concerned because it also seems more aggressive then usual

That can be the start of a respiratory infection.

What are your four temps and how do you maintain those? Warm side, cool side, overnight low, and basking area? Which bulbs?

What size enclosure? What substrate? What is the overnight low temp in the room where the tortoise is kept?

RIs are usually caused by cold temps. Warmer temps can usually cure them. Bump your temps up 5-10 degrees ASAP as cheap "medicine".
