My tortoise ate a piece of moss, Help!?!?

My new 4 month old Red Foot Tortoise ate a piece of his Terrarium Moss, is that safe for him? Or should I take the moss out?

Shouldn't hurt him . Give him a good soak and feed cactus should help wash it out .

Hello, Sarah and a very warm welcome to Tortoise Forum .
He should be fine, but hopefully he won't make a habit of it.
Make sure he has plenty of good stuff to eat and a varied diet.
