If my heat lamp is turned off at night and I see some condensation on the Window, will that lead to mold overnight?

Depends on your substrate and if food is left laying around. Also, be sure it's not getting below appropriate temp levels with the higher humidity. Cold and damp equals a sick tort

Ya that's what I'm worried about, how can I keep the temps warm enough for an RT at night

Use a CHE at night.
Ceramic heat emitters.
They give off no light but give off heat. Hook it up to a thermostat and you're all set.
