I can't open your thumbnails due to slow Internet. Can you post them with tinypic.com or something?

Some sulcatas have this sloping back and it is normal for their locality. Does your tort get regular sunshine? What do you feed? Calcium supplementation routine?

I feed he/she a mixture of dried grass, and a mixture of grocery store greens including spring mix, escarole, endive, green leaf, dandelion, kale, and romaine.
I also feed cactus pads, hibiscus leaves and flowers, occasional pumpkin and mazuri.
In the summer he/she will start eating mostly grasses and will be outside but for the past few months he/she has been inside because I live in Michigan.
I do occasionally sprinkle calcium powder on the food.

We really need to see a side view. in MBD the carapace makes a drop rather than a gentle curve .

No, a view of the SIDE of the tortoise so we can see the top line.

Your baby is NOT showing outward signs of MBD. Just keep up the calcium supplementing about two or three times a week, and make sure he either gets real sunshine occasionally, or a UVB light.

The stain on the neck is just that - stain. Eventually that skin will peel and flake off. Its just what they do.
