Mazuri LS?

In regards to the original Mazuri is there any reason that it should not be fed to Aldabra tortoises? Is the LS just another option or does the additional starch have any negative effects?

I've used both and next time will order the LS again. I don't like how quickly the regular Mazuri get mushy.
