I was given these two as a gift today. The Macrospilota is the only Malaclemys I have due to the laws in Florida, but they're cool enough to just enjoy as pets. The other is a new species, Chelonia mccordi timorensis, and my third one now. Hopefully I'll end up with a pair.

Almost scary the way his neck is so long and tucked in. Not scary like EEK, but like something is wrong. His/she's cute.

Wow, what a beauty. Where did you get him? I live in Florida, and I'd like to know, did you need to get a permit for this fella?

The pyramiding actually looks cute

That's not pyramiding, it's just how they look as new hatchlings.

So awesome. How's the little Macro doing? The red blushing near the bridges makes me nervous, but I've never had a small macro. I'm sure it's fine, but just interesting.

Love the Chelodina too. Such a striking baby..

It's doing good, seems fine and eats good. I just got it today and it will be in quarantine when I get home. I don't see anything that seems off with Him/her. Now I'm probably going to, thanks man. Lol!
