Looking for Russian Tortoise in Chicagoland area

I recently upgraded my current Russian tortoise habitat and made it larger, so I'm looking for a second tortoise to keep my first company. I live in the suburbs of Chicago and would love to buy another tortoise or take one off of your hands!

Tortoises don't want company. So, unless you have a very large area with lots of sight barriers, you may not be lucky enough to keep two Russians together. Any indoor enclosure will not be big enough for two Russians. They are one of the scrappiest and will be much happier living alone

Many, many threads and post saying the same thing. Not only with Russians, but most tort species.
