Lighting Help!!

I am planning on getting a Hermann baby tortoise and I am not sure what kind of lighting I need. Do I need a UVB and a heating lamp? If I take the tortoise outside everyday will it not need a UVB? Any specific brands of bulbs and lamps would be great!

If you take it outsid 2-3 times a week it doesn't need UVB light inside. Just be careful with a baby and the heat of the sun. They can over heat quickly. Always have lots of shade for them to go into. They can still get the benefits of the Suns uv thru filtered sun light, not with a bulb that is being filtered.
