Leopard Hatchling Weight

Got our little guy on April 30th and he weighed 47g. As of yesterday he weighs 72g...does that seem okay? He's eating good, pooping, etc but he's our first tort so just curious. Pics from sunbathing today❤️

Gaining weight is always good. Growth varies a lot, but I would say that smount of weight gain in 30-40 days is a fastgrowing tortoise.

Thats about a 2-3% weight gain which is definitely healthy in that span of time. I agree that is a fast growing little guy!

3% of 47 is 1.41. . This weight gain is 54%. 72-47=25. 54% of 47 is 25.38. Definately healthy weight gain.
