Hello, my russian tortoise has recentaly stoped producing white urates. She poops just fine but "pees" clear... Is that ok? thanks!

Yes, clear pee and good poo with no urates is great!
I personally try to achieve cleared urates in the CDTs here as an important goal once they come out of brumation....
As long as your tort is eating, drinking (hydrating), pee'g and poo'g then no urates is aok
