Hey

I bought a lamp for the basking area today. The 60w bulb was too hot to use for my enlousre. So I bought a new 40w light bulb again.

This is called the krypton bulb.I am ignorant of this, and I wonder if it is safe for my baby.

This bulb gives off a little yellow light.

Probably best to upload some pix of the bulb & the packaging that it came in.

This was the only one I could find doing a Google search. It looks to be an energy saving incandescent bulb. I thing the OP has mis spelled and it should read krypton. I'm thinking this bulb will only provide a bit of heat, and not any UVB.

Thanks for your reply! I brought this just for the heat supply because I have t5 lamp.
