Ive never heard anyone say Chelone. Therefore I dont know its pronunciation. Can someone help me?

Well I have never heard it either, but in my own mind I say it like "sha-lone" if that makes sense, lol. Im interested to know 
The "ch" holds a hard "k" sound.
