I HAVE 5 EASTERN BOX TURTLE EGGS INCUBATING. At 3 weeks they all had movement when candled. Now at 1 month they're all very active. Which I guess should be a good thing but I've had a few people say it was to early and videos I've seen it shows movement around 6 weeks. I'm worried that if they're this advanced they may hatch early. We seen the mother lay the eggs on the 5th of june so they age is correct.

Here's a couple of the eggs. I have the heat at 82-84 and 80% humidity. Should I change the heating to slow down the growing???

Anyone?

Sorry, I can't help you. But I did want to give your thread a bump so maybe someone will see it better and help you out. Good luck.

I am going to move it to the breeding section, as most of my incubation is done buried so I don't get to notice these things.
