Is This Brand Safe To Use For Substrate?

I’m trying to do an overhaul of my tortoises enclosure, but realize that garden center substrate is usually a lot cheaper.

Does anyone know if this brand is perfectly safe for my tortoise?

The brand is ok, but I'm on my computer and it doesn't allow for enlarging a picture, so I'm unable to read the small print. Does it show chemical additives (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.)?

It could have additives for orchids as looks very specialised. Orchid bark is great and you need a big bag depending Ng on enclosure size so can you look elsewhere for an alternative?
Below there are other previous posts so there may be a picture if what others use. I am in UK so our supplier would not help.
