Is my tortoise ill?

Hi,
I have a 2 year old hermans tortoise, I fed her before and as she started eating a very runny cloudy liquid came out of her behind very quickly( a lot of it too!) Her normal urates tends to be fairly thick so this is why im worried.
She also didnt really have very much of an appetite today whereas she normally would!
She drinks alot of water and I bathe her regularly.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal as ive had her for a year and its never happened before.
