hello Leopard family I currently have a 9 month old Leo and I'll be adding 2 more to the family next week both 4 months old . Is it ok to house them immediately together or should i wait ?

Hello and welcome. Agree with Mike quarantine for a few months until you see everyone is healthy.

Agreed. You need to make sure they are healthy and take a stool sample to the vet to check for parasites
