I would:
1. Make a separate enclosure for each species.
2. Add a proper humid hide.
3. Hang those lamps from directly over head. Those clamps always fail and it's a serious burn or fire risk.
4. Add a shallow, low sided water bowl. Like a terra cotta plant saucer.
5. Cover more of the top to hold in heat and humidity.

Excellent suggestions from Tom and Yvonne.
-Get a small plastic container (big enough for your tort), turn it upside down and cut a doorway. Fill with sphagnum moss and keep moist. place it close to the heat source for a humid hide.
-change out the light bulb. Even to a regular house bulb until you can get a different basking light or MVB. coil bulbs have been associated with eye problems, and it just isn't worth the risk.

But your basic enclosure is great. I like the weeds you have growing.
Very nice carpentry work!

Your hard work paid off. The enclosure looks great! Just make the necessary adjustments with the hide and lighting, and your enclosure will be perfect! Good job.
