Insulation ?

Hi everyone i am making an indoor closed enclosure, i was wondering if I would need to insulate it?

What could i insulate it with? If i do insulate it, will it be TOO hot in the summer? (I live in Canada)


If I do would it be easiest if I do so like this:

wood-> |{insulation}| <-wood

I don't think you'll need insulation indoors. The lid seems to keep the warm air in pretty well regardless how cold your house is.
