I don't see anything either, but you may see better in real life. You might be seeing where the tortoise was attached to the yolk. It always looks like a little scar for a few months. It will go away in time.

@Dipa What you are seeing is the good, new 1st year growth of the scutes as they expand. Those are the "ridges" or "growth rings" you seen on older tortoises. With this young yearling, it is just the formation of that first, good growth.

Very nice looking. Is this a tortoise you have had this year? Can we see a picture from above as well? It looks like a nice star. Congratualtions!
