I have no idea , but it looks like a Hermans hypo .

It is a very beautiful tortoise indeed .

That is a caramel(T+) albino Testudo marginata, a wild occurring, ferrel morph from the island of Sardinia. Very cool, and being produced in captivity in Italy. This morph does loose the albino appearance, looking more hypomelanistic after they grow up.
