Where did you get your rt from?
i got it from Petco. They gave us a lot of wrong information and sold us a lot of "stuff" When he was in the glass tank we first got, he banged his head on the glass all the time. He hid in his hide all day until we built a new enclosure and got the temps right. Additional UVB was key to this improvement. He seems better now. More active. We are still making minor improvements and I will send some pictures right after the next upgrade. We welcome tips on improving it even more.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!:):tort:

Hi and welcome. Looks like you get a nice looking corner hide for your RT.

This is our latest version of the enclosure. We will make a few more adjustments soon...

Hello! Is one of your planned improvements a new feed dish? I would suggest one of those terra cotta clay, under the plant water saucers. They are heavy enough not to tip too easily. The best part is the unglazed ones help to wear the beak down naturlly.

We plan on new water and food dish. Also trim the plastic around the edges, more substrate, and poles to mount all the lights on. We plan to add plants but will experiment with one fake one at first to make sure he doesn't try to eat it.
