Humidity and temp

I’m looking to adopt a Herman’s tort, wondering if taking him outside on nice days when the humidity is around 45-60 is fine for a 4 year old. Also any additions tips and advice is always appreciated.

Yes, being taken outside is great for virtually all ages of tortoises!
